Job summary

Kingfisher is seeking a strategic professional to lead the Own Exclusive Brands (OEB) range for Paint & Painting Tools. You will translate customer insights into short- and long-term plans, identify growth levers, and collaborate with Banners to realise the full potential of the OEB range.

You'll analyse trends, drive New Product Development opportunities, and maintain close working relationships across a matrix organisation to deliver measurable performance improvements.

• Excellent stakeholder management within a matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Create a closer proximity to our customers by building a deeper knowledge of their lives and homes.
• Provide an effective brief to the Customer Insight team to ensure data requirements are clear for the right activity.
• Translate knowledge into short- and long-term strategic plans identifying key levers for growth.
• Identify commercial potential for the OEB range by analysing data, trends and industry insights to maintain a customer-centric range.
• Lead on identifying New Product Development opportunities and input into eligibility criteria.
• Create space to engage with Banners to present OEB strategy and produce supporting materials.
• Assess potential additions to the Banners' ask to maximise OEB range potential.
• Build range recommendations that gain buy-in and confidence across Banners.
• Maintain visibility of the Banners’ full range for insight purposes.
