Job summary

Kingfisher plc is seeking a Senior Range Manager to join the Range team, reporting to the Head of Range, to develop affordable and sustainable OEB for Paint & Painting Tools and to drive agile, data-driven growth.

You will translate customer insights into short- and long-term strategic plans, identify NPD opportunities, and build range recommendations with banner engagement across Kingfisher's brands.

Qualifications

• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into a plan.
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data.
• Retail industry knowledge and product experience.
• Expertise in New Product Development processes and execution.
• Knowledge of OEB brands and products is desirable.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret financial data.

• Effective project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Create strategic plans for OEB range, aligning with business direction.
• Translate customer insights into actionable range strategies and briefs.
• Lead NPD opportunities and evaluate eligibility criteria.
• Develop range recommendations to drive banner buy-in.
• Collaborate with Banners to present OEB strategy and materials.
• Maintain visibility of the full Banner range for insights.
• Engage with Customer Insight to define data requirements.
• Assess commercial potential and drive growth in the range.
