Job summary

WPP is hiring a Platform Product Lead - Integration & Orchestration within Enterprise Technology to connect production workflows, data, and systems across our global ecosystem. You will own the Integration & Orchestration backlog, evolve the platform roadmap, and coordinate across business, product, architecture, engineering, and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritise the Integration & Orchestration platform backlog, aligning with technology strategy and Production Operations priorities.
  • Own and evolve the platform roadmap, balancing sustainability, engineering, and business priorities.
  • Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, Product, Architecture, Engineering, Operations, and Service teams.
  • Translate requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and delivery priorities.
  • Produce clear, testable, prioritised requirements for engineering, QA, and release readiness.
  • Own and prioritise delivery of API-first, event-driven, asynchronous integrations across SaaS and bespoke platforms.
  • Facilitate workshops to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguity, and align implementation approaches.
  • Communicate priorities, progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Partner with Engineering and Architecture to deliver secure, scalable, reusable platform outcomes.
  • Ensure capabilities are implemented consistently with business and product requirements.
  • Ensure acceptance criteria define success, failure, and edge cases for estimation and testing.
  • Own the Atlas platform backlog and evolve capabilities in line with strategic objectives.

Salary: £64,000 - 104,000 per year

Requirements
  • Experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, Technical Analyst, Platform Owner, or Integration Lead in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of API design, API-led and system-to-system integration, workflow orchestration, event-driven patterns, domain-driven design, and data exchange.
  • Experience managing a technical backlog in an agile delivery environment, including user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritisation, and refinement.
  • Proven ability to write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering and QA teams to use in estimation, development, validation, and release readiness.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise platform non-functional requirements, including security, performance, resilience, observability, scalability, data quality, error handling, and operational support.
  • Ability to work effectively with engineers, QAs, architects, product teams, operations, and senior business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex integration concepts in clear business language.
  • Confidence facilitating discussions, managing expectations, resolving ambiguity, and influencing priorities across multiple teams.
  • Desirable: Experience in media, content production, marketing, or workflow-driven environments.
  • Desirable: Exposure to iPaaS, API management, orchestration, or enterprise integration platforms.
  • Desirable: Familiarity with enterprise SaaS ecosystems for workflow, finance, resource, asset lifecycle, or approval systems.
  • Desirable: Experience with finance integrations, risk and control processes, or regulated enterprise workflow environments.
  • Desirable: Experience with Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Miro, or similar collaboration and delivery tools.

  • Partner with Engineering and Architecture to deliver secure, scalable, reusable, and reliable platform outcomes.
  • Ensure integration and orchestration capabilities are implemented consistently and in line with agreed business and product requirements.
  • Ensure acceptance criteria clearly define success, failure, and edge-case scenarios to support estimation, development, QA validation, and release readiness.
  • Own the Atlas platform backlog and ensure its capabilities are prioritised, implemented, and evolved in line with strategic platform objectives.
