Job summary

Primark is seeking a Platform Manager Integrations to lead the integration platform vision, APIs, and connectivity services. You will partner with business and technology leaders to define a multi-year roadmap and ensure alignment with strategy and ROI.

You will drive delivery, oversee budgets and vendor relationships, and ensure platform reliability, security, and adoption across teams. This hybrid role offers 1-2 days WFH and access to healthcare and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in product management, with 5+ years leading API/integration platforms.
• Experience scaling platforms in SaaS/fintech or large enterprises.

What You’ll Do As a Platform Manager Integrations

• Own the Integration Platform vision and strategy, defining a multi‑year roadmap for APIs, gateways, and connectivity services aligned to business strategy, OKRs, and market trends.
• Lead delivery, prioritisation, and execution across the Integration Platform, including progress tracking, dependency management, and escalation handling.
• Manage senior stakeholders and funding by driving alignment across technology and business leaders, securing investment through business cases or funding drawdowns.
• Ensure platform reliability, performance, and control by overseeing availability, incident remediation, audit findings, and the effectiveness of embedded controls.
• Oversee financials, resourcing, and vendor relationships, including budget management, ROI tracking, capacity planning, and commercial management of third‑party partners.
• Drive adoption and customer success by ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders, enabling teams, and platform users, ensuring new capabilities are successfully adopted.

What You’ll Bring

• Extensive product leadership experience with 10–15 years in product management, including 5+ years owning API, integration, or developer platforms in SaaS, fintech, or large‑scale enterprise environments.
• Deep technical and platform expertise across high‑volume integration platforms, API lifecycle management, integration standards, security/authentication, observability, and platform operations.
• Proven track record of scaling platforms from transformation through production, delivering high adoption, low latency, secure ecosystems, and effective release, upgrade, and governance practices.
• Strong strategic and analytical capability, able to define platform strategy and execution, model adoption and performance trade‑offs, and articulate clear business value and ROI.
• Executive‑level stakeholder and commercial management experience, including influencing senior leaders, managing complex stakeholder landscapes, securing funding, and overseeing budgets, vendors, and licensing agreements.
• Collaborative, delivery‑focused leader with strong communication skills, experienced in leading cross‑functional teams using Agile, DevOps, CI/CD practices, and driving continuous improvement, resilience, and operational excellence.
