Job summary

CooperVision Limited is seeking a Business Process Lead (12m FTC) in Southampton to provide regional leadership for process standardisation, systems deployment, and continuous improvement across EMEA commercial processes.

You will partner with leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to define requirements, implement solutions, support adoption, and ensure processes remain compliant and aligned with business strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business process improvement, transformation, or systems implementation initiatives.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, preferably within a global organisation.
• Demonstrated success leading change and driving process adoption across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience with process documentation, requirements gathering, testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results through others.

Responsibilities

• Lead process leadership and governance, champion adoption of global processes across EMEA.
• Coordinate requirements, design, testing, data readiness, deployment and change management.
• Ensure compliance with governance and maintain process maps, work instructions and documentation.
• Coach and develop the EMEA Business Process Analyst team and manage priorities.
• Provide post-deployment support and act as internal consultant for complex challenges.
