As the App Product Lead, you’re responsible for expanding the potential of our digital business, supporting the delivery of the product vision and strategic roadmap as we transition to a MACH architecture. Joining during a period of significant growth and investment in Digital, this role offers a substantial opportunity to be part of a digital transformation.
Working within the Digital Product Management Team, you will oversee the evolution and innovation of our multi-fascia app, including membership features. Your focus will be on creating memorable experiences across the app estate and membership, serving customers both online and in-store.
You will own your product’s delivery, prioritize the backlog, and represent the ‘voice of the customer’ during development.
Define the strategic vision for your team and develop the product roadmap for the app and membership.
Create epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide engineering.
Manage the product lifecycle and improve agile processes.
Establish success metrics and align the team through OKRs.
Coordinate beta testing and launch programs.
Collaborate with UX, Optimization, Delivery, and other teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Apply best practices in product management and advocate for the discipline.
Experience delivering top-tier app products (iOS and Android) in ecommerce or omnichannel environments.
Deep knowledge of agile methodologies.
Experience managing alpha/beta programs and product lifecycles.
Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate strategy effectively.
Highly analytical with quick decision-making skills.
Experience with MACH architecture is advantageous but not essential.
Proactive, organized, and task-focused.
