Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product with senior leadership experience and a track record of shipping impactful product.
• Ability to balance consumer, SME and enterprise needs while prioritising effectively.
• Hands-on approach: engaging with customers, writing sharp specs, and digging into data.

Responsibilities

• Translate company OKRs and client projects into clear product objectives and a tiered roadmap.
• Lead and coach the product team and set the operating rhythm with engineering.
• Drive discovery with fans, venues and brand partners to build the right product.
• Identify, test and embed AI opportunities to improve the product and team processes.
• Lead scoping and prioritisation to improve delivery speed and quality.
• Partner with Engineering and commercial teams; report to the CEO.
