Job summary

Intelligent People is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the roadmap and delivery of a private equity platform in a hybrid London setting. You will collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to build AI-enabled workflows and matching capabilities, translating needs into scalable product solutions.

The role focuses on driving discovery, iteration and platform improvements while enhancing usability and adoption of internal tooling for client-facing products.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within fast-paced technology environments.
• End-to-end product ownership across discovery, prioritisation and delivery.
• Execution-focused with experience partnering with Engineering on testing and delivery.
• Experience building workflow-led, data-rich or AI-enabled products in complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial problem-solving skills.
• Interest in practical AI/LLM applications, automation and workflow optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap, prioritisation and delivery of key platform features and improvements.
• Work closely with Engineering and Data teams to build scalable AI-enabled workflows, automation and matching capabilities.
• Translate operational and commercial needs into clear product solutions, driving discovery, iteration and continuous platform improvement.
• Improve workflow efficiency, usability and adoption while helping evolve internal tooling into next‑generation client‑facing products.
• Partner directly with senior leadership and stakeholders across Product, commercial and operations.
