Job summary

Cameo Consultancy (Recruitment) Limited is seeking a diligent Project Coordinator in Banbury. You will manage project administration across inception, planning and execution, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth data input and sample handling.

The role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem solving, with occasional travel using a UK driving licence. The position is full-time and based on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in an admin/coordinator role is essential.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Full and valid UK driving licence due to occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of new product administration and timelines.
• Support team during peak activity to meet deadlines.
• Request, chase and report on samples during development.
• Organise weekly airfreight shipments and prioritise samples.
• Liaise with Account Manager, Product Development Manager or Customer to implement changes.
• Maintain CRM data: product specs, quotes, packing and label specs.
• Create spec sheets and distribute to Far East suppliers.
• Ensure new products are set up correctly before first PO.
