Job summary

Think Specialist Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established client in Houghton Regis for a Product Coordinator. You will own the production process for a new product range, from concept through to on-shelf and online, coordinating design, sourcing, marketing and e-commerce.

You will liaise with licensors, work with the design team, manage factory queries and analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities, with a strong eye for detail and organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in product development preferred.
• 1–2 years experience taking products from concept through to production.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of organisation.
• Interest in arts & crafts, toys or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Own the production process from initial concept to execution and on-shelf/online.</li>
• Liaise with licensors to meet branding and approval requirements.
• Collaborate with design team during early product development.
• Coordinate with factories on specifications and technical drawings.
• Prepare concepts and mock-ups for internal sign-off and licensor approval.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth.
• Manage product lifecycle, including introductions and exits.
• Support merchandising with e-commerce and launch plans.
