Job summary

Cameo Consultancy is seeking an organised Project Coordinator to join our Banbury team on a full-time permanent basis. You will support product development by coordinating admin tasks across inception, planning and execution while liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication, excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask—often moving from desk work to collecting samples in the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Experience in admin or coordinator roles.
• Experience in product industry is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full and valid UK driving licence for occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of new product activities.
• Support team during peak periods to hit deadlines.
• Request, chase and report on samples throughout development.
• Organise weekly airfreight and prioritise samples as they arrive.
