Job summary

Arc’teryx is seeking a Product Guide to welcome guests, share product knowledge and create memorable in-store experiences. You’re outdoors-minded and passionate about our gear, representing the brand with energy and authenticity across Europe.

You’ll work full-time, 30-40 hours per week, with hourly compensation, and participate in brand initiatives while collaborating with teammates to elevate the store experience. Flexibility for key retail periods is expected.

Qualifications

• Guest-Centric Mindset: passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering brand loyalty through service and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create Meaningful Guest Experiences: share product knowledge, solve problems, help guests find gear.
• Live the Brand, Inside and Out: act as Arc’teryx ambassador, stay curious, inspire connection with nature.
• Grow and Collaborate: develop skills with team, contribute to brand initiatives, elevate store experience.
• Keep the Store Running Smoothly: handle transactions, manage guest expectations, assist with inventory and daily tasks.
