ARC'TERYX in the United Kingdom is seeking seasonal Product Guides to join our store network. You are the face of the brand on the retail floor, delivering unforgettable guest experiences by sharing product knowledge and helping guests find gear that fits their passions.

As a Product Guide you will live the brand, stay curious, and inspire others to connect with nature. You will grow with your team and support daily store tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifikationen

• Guest-centric mindset required.
• Fluency in English and local language.
• Willingness to work key retail periods (e.g., Black Friday, holidays).
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs as needed.

• Create Meaningful Guest Experiences: share product knowledge, solve problems, help guests find gear that fits their needs.
