Arc'teryx in the United Kingdom is seeking a passionate Product Guide to welcome guests, share product knowledge and guide decisions across our stores. You are the face of the brand, delivering energetic, authentic experiences while staying curious and eager to learn.

You’ll grow with the team through hands-on coaching, collaborate on brand initiatives and help shape a community that thrives on outdoor exploration and product passion.

Qualifications

• Guest-Centric Mindset: a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering brand loyalty through service, storytelling, and community engagement.
• Own Your Impact: you take responsibility, stay self-motivated, and love solving problems. You seek smart solutions.
• Disruptive Evolution: you challenge the status quo, inspire new ideas, and embrace continuous improvement - for yourself and those around you.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both the local language (e.g., German) and English is essential.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work key retail periods (e.g., Black Friday and holiday season) and ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed.

• Keep the Store Running Smoothly: from processing transactions and handling guest expectations to unpacking inventory and supporting daily tasks-you help make sure everything flows.
