As part of the Product Growth / Product Performance team for Europe, reporting to the Head of Product Growth, your primary responsibility will be owning the UX and conversion funnel performance. Your work will focus on delivering best-in-class product solutions tailored to the needs of European markets, ensuring seamless and impactful user experiences.

In this Role, you’ll get to:

  1. Enhance User Experience: Build and optimize the EU user experience for one of the largest online travel platforms by identifying pain points and implementing innovative solutions.
  2. Champion Localization: Ensure products resonate with regional markets by integrating local user preferences and behaviors into the design process.
  3. Leverage Data & Insights: Use advanced analytics, user research, and market trends to guide product decision-making and foster a data-driven culture.
  4. Drive Strategy: Lead efforts to streamline booking flows, enhance conversion rates, and implement scalable solutions that align with business objectives.
  5. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams, Trip HQ, and external stakeholders to deliver seamless and high-impact product offerings.
  6. Understand Customers: Regularly interact with users to gather insights and translate them into actionable product improvements that anticipate customer needs.

What you'll Need to Succeed:

  1. High Bar: A dedication to excellence in all aspects of product design, strategy, and execution.
  2. Communication: Exceptional skills in presenting ideas and findings clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  3. Project Management: Adept at managing complex product launches and aligning cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
  4. Passion for UX: A strong advocate for intuitive and delightful user experiences that exceed customer expectations.
  5. User-Centric Mindset: Proficiency in user research methods, discovery processes and data analysis with a commitment to addressing customer pain points effectively.
  6. B2C Focus: Expertise in optimizing conversion flows and customer journeys for consumer-facing products.
  7. Proven Expertise: A proven track record of building high-quality products at scale, with at least 5+ years in product management or product operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
