Qualifications

• 5+ years in compliance, risk, or audit in regulated financial services or insurance.
• Strong UK and global regulatory framework knowledge.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing compliance team.
• Oversee all compliance activities per UK laws and internal policies.
• Implement policies, procedures, and risk management strategies.
• Engage regulators and ensure timely reporting.
