Job summary

CFC is seeking a Product Governance Analyst in London to strengthen product oversight across the governance framework. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignment and fair value assessments, while supporting audits and governance forums.

The role focuses on conduct risk, FCA regulations, and data-driven product performance reporting within a permanent, full-time team in the Innovation department.

Qualifications

• Regulatory knowledge in FCA-regulated environment.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, compliance or governance.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint; experience building dashboards/reports.

Responsibilities

• Support governance framework for product lines within FCA rules.
• Contribute to annual conduct risk assessments for new/renewal business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support governance activities and escalation.
• Review fair value assessments and ensure product reviews meet governance standards.
• Identify material findings and escalate actions to Product Oversight Forum.
• Maintain governance documentation and frameworks; support audits.
• Coordinate governance forums, agendas, minutes and action tracking.
• Produce MI and dashboards to evaluate product performance.
