Arnold Clark is expanding its Perth branch and seeks a Customer Service Executive, known in-store as a Product Genius, to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll learn about our vehicles, master our sales journey, and support the team with showroom presentation and test drives. A strong communicator, eager to progress into car sales, will thrive here.

You’ll join a five-day rota, including weekends, with comprehensive training and clear career progression within the Arnold Clark group.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to go the extra mile.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Good teamworking and autonomous working ability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare showroom and cars for the day ahead.
• Assist with showroom presentation and advertising.
• Support the Sales department and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Organise and accompany customers on test drives.
• Swot up on vehicles and manufacturers to advise customers.
• Learn about products to help customers find the right fit.
• Enhance the customer journey from enquiry to delivery.
