Job summary

Arnold Clark Group in Kirkcaldy is seeking Product Geniuses focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll become the branch expert, learning about products and the sales journey from enquiry to delivery, with strong support from management.

Ideal candidates are eager to progress into car sales, are great team players, and will receive extensive training. A full UK driving licence is essential, and the role operates on a five-day rota including weekends, 38 hours per week.

• Ability to learn and progress within the role to car sales.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare showroom and cars for the day ahead.
• Assist with showroom presentation and advertising.
• Support the Sales department and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Organise and accompany customers on test drives.
• Learn about our vehicles and manufacturers to help customers find the right fit.
• Enhance the customer journey from enquiry to delivery.
• Collaborate with branch team to ensure smooth operations.
