Job summary

Park’s Motor Group in Stirling is seeking a proactive Product Genius to be the first point of contact for customers, sharing expert knowledge and igniting enthusiasm for the MINI brand. You will combine product passion with outstanding service to create memorable dealership experiences.

The role includes training and manufacturer accreditation across multiple brands, with opportunities to grow within the Park’s network. A positive team player attitude and a drive to learn are essential.

Qualifications

Customer-focused product genius with a passion for automotive tech.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work well in a team and support colleagues.
Comfort with IT systems and digital tools.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new product information.
Maintains high level of product knowledge for customer queries.
legitimately able to obtain or hold a driving licence.

Responsibilities

Understand Park’s and partner brands products within your dealership.
Keep staff up to date with the latest product information.
Assist customers in a non-pressured, informative way; you’re a genius!
Support marketing by capturing vehicle imagery and using social media for promotion.
Learn and share expertise using available resources, including Citnow videos.
Direct customers to Sales when they express interest in buying.
Plan and deliver engaging test drive experiences with clear vehicle insights.
Assist with handovers, showcasing new car features to customers.

As a Product Genius you will be required to use your expert knowledge to engage and spark excitement in customers as a first point of contact in the dealership. Your passion for the product and brand paired with outstanding customer service skills will send you on the road to success.

Training

Upon starting we will provide you with manufacturer accredited training and certification from one or more of the 25 world class brands that we represent. What will I do as a Park's Motor Group Product Genius?

Understand all Park’s and our partnering manufacturers products within your allocated dealership
Keep all dealership staff up to date with the latest information on products to ensure they have a high level of understanding
Use your knowledge on all products to assist our Park’s customers in a non-pressured environment, this is not sales; you’re a genius!
Support marketing activity by taking imagery of vehicles and utilising digital and social media platforms for promotion. Cameras at the ready!
Actively learn and share your expertise with customers using available resources including our Park’s bespoke Citnow digital vehicle information videos
Direct customers to Sales when an interest to buy becomes apparent
Plan, coordinate and deliver brilliant test drive experiences with our Park’s customers giving full insight of the requested vehicle during the appointment
Assist with customer handovers by demonstrating and setting them up with all the fantastic new features of their new vehicle

What skills will I need to succeed?

A confident and engaging individual with the ability to put people at ease
A passion for automotive technology and keen to keep up to date with latest innovations and trends
Dedicated team member
Excellent communication skills

Competent IT skills
Hold a Full Driver’s License or willing to work towards obtaining
