Senior Quality Engineer (Manufacturing)

£50,000 - £55,000 + Training + Progression + Benefits

Banbury (Commutable from: Oxford, Bicester, Brackley, Daventry, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon and surrounding areas)

Are you a Quality, Product or Technical Engineer looking to step up into a Leadership role, offering specialist training, career development and autonomy?

This company are a leading manufacturer and supplier of specialist engineered products across the Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial and Construction sectors. They are part of a growing group with an excellent reputation for quality and innovation.

In this varied role, you will manage a small team of Engineers overseeing product approvals, quality inspections, technical support and continuous improvement projects. You will also support new product introductions, supplier audits and engineering projects, working closely with various departments across the business.

This position would suit a Senior Engineering or Quality professional looking for long-term job stability and career development.

The Role:

• Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5pm, Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm.
• Leading a small team, supporting product engineering, quality and new product introductions.
• Occasional travel to other sites.

The Person:

• Engineering Team Leader / Quality Team Leader / Product Engineer / Technical Team Leader / Engineering Manager.
• Management or Senior experience
• Experience with quality, ISO 9001, continuous improvement and NPI.
• Commutable to Banbury.
