Job summary

Euro Projects Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced Product Engineer to lead mechanical design and engineering change across existing products.

You will resolve component and design issues by coordinating with Design, Quality, Production and Supply Chain teams to ensure products meet technical and manufacturing standards. You will review CAD drawings, drive improvements and manage engineering change notifications, with a focus on product performance, quality and obsolescence.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical design background and understanding of components and tolerances.
• Experience managing engineering changes and sourcing implications.
• Ability to investigate problems, identify root causes and drive actions.
• Experience producing detailed drawings and CAD models and checking technical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering changes and drive corrective actions across product ranges.
• Review and amend engineering drawings and CAD models for accuracy.
• Coordinate changes of source with suppliers and production teams.
• Support investigation of returned products and engineering failures.
• Balance engineering requirements with cost and manufacturability.
