Redline Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to own product improvement initiatives and drive quality and reliability across our portfolio. You will manage obsolescence and work with cross-functional teams on engineering challenges.

Qualifications

• A Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Experience supporting products through their lifecycle is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are expected.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to engineering challenges is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead product improvement initiatives and obsolescence management.
• Drive quality, reliability and continuous improvement across the product portfolio.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on engineering challenges.
• Support CAD and design activities using Creo/Windchill where needed.
