Job summary

RELEX Solutions is seeking experienced Product Engineers to join our Supply Chain product teams. You will own requirements end-to-end, from discovery through production, ensuring delivered solutions address real customer problems and deliver measurable impact.

You will iterate rapidly on deployed products, manage releases, and translate customer data into team priorities. Collaboration with Engineering Managers and cross-functional teams will be essential as we push for scalable, intelligent

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of customers' day-to-day work, goals, and pain points across an entire product area.
• Experience mentoring other Product Engineers and pushing back on stated requirements when evidence suggests a different solution.
• Experience designing solutions spanning data, AI/ML, UX, and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements end-to-end for your product area, from discovery through UAT and quality assurance.
• Own your deployed product and iterate fast: manage releases and gather structured customer feedback.
• Translate customer needs and usage data into team-level priorities with Engineering Manager.
• Act as an industry and product expert in customer-facing settings, supporting sales scoping and feasibility.
• Validate that solutions meet customer expectations through ongoing quality gates.
