Job summary

Dex is seeking a self-driven product engineer to own the end-to-end product surface, from concept to daily use by enterprise customers. The role focuses on the application layer around an agentic AI core and requires integrating with ERP and TMS systems.

You will decide what to build, balancing scope and speed, shipping features from a blank page to production. Based in the UK, Germany, or France, you may relocate to London with sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• At least two years of full-time, hands-on product engineering experience.
• Experience as a founding or early product engineer at a product-led startup.
• Comfortable across the full application stack including API design and data modeling.
• You make product calls yourself, deciding what to build and ship.

Responsibilities

• Own product surfaces end-to-end from concept to daily enterprise use.
• Design and build the application layer around an agentic AI core.
• Integrate with messy ERP, TMS, and supplier portals lacking clean APIs.
• Make critical product decisions balancing scope, needs, and shipping velocity.
• Ship features from nothing to production without waiting for specs.
