Job Description



  • Hunting out new products and suppliers that fit the company's vision and category strategy


  • Working with leadership to shape and push the category forward


  • Collaborating across departments to launch products on time with all the right checks in place


  • Negotiating with suppliers and building strong, sustainable partnerships


  • Keeping your finger on the pulse of the market to keep the product range fresh, competitive, and profitable


The Successful Applicant



  • Someone with solid product development or category management experience in commercial lighting or electrical accessories


  • Ideally, you've got hands-on experience in electrical manufacturing and product creation in lighting or electrical - that's a big plus


  • You know your way around supplier negotiations and managing those relationships


  • You understand UK lighting market specs, safety requirements, and what makes a product tick


  • You're organised, a clear communicator, and love digging into the details


  • A self-starter who can work independently but also thrives in a friendly, collaborative team environment


  • Flexible with your working patterns - the team mostly works a couple of days a week in the office, with some remote working too
