Job summary

William Blake Group is seeking a Product Development professional to drive fund launches and product enhancements across EMEA and APAC. You will own the end-to-end product development process, coordinating with investment, sales, legal and operations teams.

The role requires deep UCITS and AIFs knowledge, plus experience drafting fund documentation and managing complex multi-domicile funds across Luxembourg, Ireland, and the Cayman Islands.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in asset management product development with fund launches and product changes across multiple domiciles and structures.
• Strong knowledge of UCITS and AIFs; understanding of equities, fixed income and alternative investments.
• Experience drafting and reviewing fund documentation; managing multiple projects and working with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead fund launches and product changes across multiple jurisdictions, including UCITS and alternative investment funds.
• Take ownership of the full product development process from design and feasibility to documentation, regulatory approvals and implementation.
• Collaborate with investment, sales, legal and operations teams to execute product initiatives across EMEA and APAC.
