RBC is seeking a Product Development Manager in London to lead fund launches and product changes across UCITS and AIF structures for EMEA APAC. You will work with investment, sales, and infrastructure teams to ensure precise execution and governance throughout the lifecycle of each product.

You will challenge existing processes, leveraging AI to streamline workflows, while maintaining rigorous regulatory compliance and strong stakeholder engagement.

Formación

• Experience leading product ranges across domiciles and fund structures.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and LLM assistants for productivity.
• Strong understanding of equities, fixed income and alternatives as asset classes.
• Technical knowledge of UCITS/AIFs and regulatory implications.
• Experience reviewing and drafting fund proposals and legal documents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage fund launches and product alterations across multiple jurisdictions (Luxembourg, Ireland and Cayman Islands) and vehicle types (UCITS & AIFs).
• Redesign product development processes using AI to reduce manual workload.
• Scope product design, viability, and operational feasibility.
• Prepare product proposals and board materials for approvals.
• Draft fund documentation with external counsel and internal teams.
• Manage the full product launch process and governance steps.
• Consider regulatory impacts on product design.
• Research potential new fund structures and domiciles.
