Job summary

William Blake Group is seeking a Product Development professional to drive fund launches and product enhancements across EMEA and APAC. You will own the end-to-end product development process, coordinating with investment, sales, legal and operations teams.

The role requires deep UCITS and AIFs knowledge, plus experience drafting fund documentation and managing complex multi-domicile funds across Luxembourg, Ireland, and the Cayman Islands.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in asset management product development with fund launches and product changes across multiple domiciles and structures.
• Strong knowledge of UCITS and AIFs; understanding of equities, fixed income and alternative investments.
• Experience drafting and reviewing fund documentation; managing multiple projects and working with internal and external stakeholders.

An opportunity to join the Product Development team of a leading global asset manager, working across a broad range of fund structures and asset classes. This is a varied role with responsibility for managing new fund launches and product enhancements across EMEA and APAC.

The Opportunity

• Join a collaborative team with exposure to investment, sales, legal and operational teams across the business.
• Lead fund launches and product changes across multiple jurisdictions, including Luxembourg, Ireland and the Cayman Islands, covering UCITS and alternative investment funds.
• Take ownership of the full product development process, from initial design and commercial feasibility through to documentation, regulatory approvals and implementation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in asset management product development, with direct involvement in fund launches, product changes and managing funds across multiple domiciles and structures.
• Strong technical knowledge of UCITS and AIFs, alongside a good understanding of equities, fixed income and alternative investments.
• Experience drafting and reviewing fund documentation, managing multiple projects and working with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel.
