We are offering a role for a driven and experienced Product Development Engineer, in order to become an integral part of our expanding team.

We blend heritage craftsmanship with forward thinking processes and as our Product Development Engineer, this role is key in helping us deliver excellence at every stage of production.

RESPONSIBILITIES for PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

• Design and develop high-quality products using CAD software, primarily Autodesk Inventor.
• Produce accurate technical drawings and specifications to guide manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with our quality standards.
• Uphold the integrity of our design and development work.

REQUIREMENTS for PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (Autodesk Inventor preferred).
• Ideally, an understanding of metals, fabrication techniques, and machining processes.
• Expertise in Autodesk Inventor and familiarity with Autodesk Vault preferred but experience with other CAD systems will be considered.
• Background in shop floor machining or hands-on manufacturing environments.
• Experience producing BOMs (Bills of Materials) and technical documentation for manufacturing.
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
