Red Door Recruitment is seeking a creative Product Designer to join a fast-growing consumer products business in St Albans. You will work on development of innovative products, packaging, and promotional materials from concept through production.

The role suits a designer who blends creativity with commercial objectives, with 3+ years in product/packaging design, and strong Adobe CC skills to deliver production-ready artwork and branding across channels.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in Product Design, Graphic Design, Packaging Design or similar.
• Degree or equivalent in Product Design or related discipline.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Strong understanding of brand identity, typography, and visual communication.
• Experience designing for print, packaging, and retail environments.
• Knowledge of packaging structures, POS displays, and production processes.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop innovative, commercially successful products across categories.
• Create packaging concepts, artwork, and visual assets per brand guidelines.
• Produce production-ready artwork for manufacturing, print, and packaging.
• Design marketing collateral, point-of-sale materials, promotional content, and digital assets.
• Manage multiple design projects with deadlines and milestones.
• Conduct market, competitor, and trend research to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Production and Merchandising.
• Present creative concepts and design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Support product launches, seasonal collections, and wider business initiatives.
• Maintain organized design files, asset libraries, and project documentation.
