Job summary

Red Door Recruitment is seeking a creative Product Designer for a fast-growing consumer products business in the St Albans area. You'll develop innovative products, packaging, and promotional materials from concept through to production, balancing creativity with commercial goals.

Join a collaborative design team, manage multiple projects, and help shape brands across categories with production-ready artwork, marketing collateral, and POS assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Product/Graphic/Packaging design.
• Degree in Product Design or related field.
• Advanced Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Strong brand, typography, and visual communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative, commercially successful products across categories.
• Create packaging concepts, artwork, and visual assets following brand guidelines.
• Produce production-ready artwork for manufacturing, print, and packaging applications.
• Design marketing collateral, POS materials, and digital assets.
• Manage multiple design projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Conduct market and trend research to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Production, and Merchandising.
• Present concepts and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
