Job summary

The Fix Creative Ltd in Windsor is seeking an experienced Senior Packaging Designer to lead the development of impactful packaging across major FMCG brands.

This role combines hands-on design with strategic thinking, taking projects from concept to pre-production and ensuring all brand and business objectives are met.

You'll work hybrid with at least three days on-site, collaborate with internal teams and external printers, and manage multiple projects to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field.
• At least 6 years packaging design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and design fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good understanding of print processes and packaging production.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative, shelf-standout packaging that aligns with brand strategy and commercial goals.
• Collaborate closely with wider project teams both internally and externally.
• Manage multiple projects, & timelines simultaneously.
• Liaise with printers, manufacturers, and external agencies to ensure quality execution.

Salary circa: £40-50k depending on experience

Established over 30 years ago they lead strategy, design and artwork projects for major FMCG brand, cross category, from big new brand launches and refreshes to innovative extensions and flavour variants.
