Job summary

NewDay is seeking a Product Designer on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Greater London. You will lead the design of intuitive acquisition journeys and contribute to strategic growth initiatives, including partner onboarding and new acquisition projects.

You'll own the design process from discovery through to launch and continuous improvement within a cross-functional squad, delivering customer-centered experiences that drive business value.

Qualifications

• Significant Product Design experience with end-to-end UX/UI and service design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and design/research tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to present to senior audiences.
• Experience in cross-functional Agile teams and autonomous work style.
• Passion for balancing customer needs with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimise digital acquisition journeys to help customers move forward with credit.
• Lead design activity from discovery to prototyping, testing, launch and iteration.
• Use customer insight and data to identify opportunities and improve experiences.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Analysts and stakeholders across brands.
• Contribute to new partner propositions, pitches and growth initiatives.
• Measure outcomes and iterate journeys to improve performance.
