Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define user experience for Next's Employee and Productivity cloud applications, translating brand concepts into leading product designs.
  2. Employ a robust UX process based on data, analytics, and qualitative feedback.
  3. Create design proposals using Figma, wireframes, UI designs, and prototypes.
  4. Coach engineers on design tools and techniques.
  5. Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  6. Contribute to developing our design pattern library.
  7. Maintain a strong understanding of modern design culture and agile methodologies.
  8. Conduct user research to understand needs and requirements.
  9. Use analytics and insights to inform design decisions.
  10. Facilitate workshops and gather requirements from clients and stakeholders.
  11. Work collaboratively to define product vision and scope.
  12. Develop clickable prototypes for review, development, and testing.
  13. Engage in short design sprints to develop proofs of concept.
  14. Assist in presentations, project scoping, and timeline management.
  15. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

  • Ability to gather inputs from diverse sources including end-users and stakeholders.
  • Self-starting, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple roles within the product lifecycle.
  • Understanding of analytics tools and experience managing A/B tests.
  • Design experience for web and native apps.
  • Passion for UX, technology, and design.
