Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to help shape the future of virtual try-on technology. In this role, you will lead design efforts from concept through to execution, creating intuitive, visually stunning user experiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, driving user engagement and elevating product quality. You will report directly to the Head of Product Design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a user-centered design process, including user research, usability testing, and feedback gathering to guide product development and improve user experience.
• Translate product requirements and user needs into innovative, user-friendly design concepts and solutions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, ensuring design consistency across all touchpoints.
• Design seamless user interactions and workflows for virtual try-on experiences, maximizing usability and engagement.
• Create visually compelling designs that align with brand identity, leveraging best practices in typography, color, and layout.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system by establishing reusable components and patterns for consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design practices, and emerging technologies to foster continuous product improvement.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in UX/UI, Product, or Interaction Design.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates design expertise and process.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design and testing tools such as Figma, UserTesting, and Maze.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
• Interest in fashion and AI is a plus.
