This Lead Product Designer position is mainly remote, with our product design team meeting on an ad hoc basis in collaboration hubs.

Primary Responsibilities:

As a Lead Product Designer, you will understand and appreciate how user research insights inform the design of our clinical products. You will be involved in every aspect of the Product Experience & Design process, promoting a user-centered and evidence-based approach to product design.

We’re looking for collaborators who can represent the user at all times with stakeholders while working in an agile framework. Your role will include identifying UX activities and deliverables that will delight our end-users. As a team lead, you will support and mentor junior members and work closely with the Product Design Manager to shape the product design strategy.

You will foster an innovative design approach with your colleagues, including facilitating Design Thinking workshops to address user needs.

Other key responsibilities include:

1. Partnering with Product Managers & Owners to integrate UX best practices into agile processes.
2. Engaging with our internal user research team for early discovery insights.
3. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements.
4. Developing user journeys, task flows, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate ideas, validate assumptions, and align with users, business, and technology teams.

Who you’ll be

We need you to be an experienced Product Designer passionate about end-user needs. You should have demonstrated experience in end-to-end design ownership, working with complex systems, and understanding data analytics.

You should have prior experience in a similar Lead Product Design role, collaborating with development teams, conducting user research, and mentoring juniors. Collaboration skills are essential.

Additional skills include:

• Experience with multiple data-related analytical or digital products.
• Ability to communicate confidently with engineers about backend data and technical integrations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills to explain design decisions based on insights.
• Expertise in Figma, using shared Design Systems for high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
