About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will work closely with Product Managers & Engineers to grow our analytics platform, including web applications and APIs. You will handle complex user challenges, shape product roadmaps, and own the end-to-end design process in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

1. Own the full design lifecycle from discovery to final UI
2. Prototype, test, and refine features based on user feedback
3. Conduct user research and translate findings into designs
4. Collaborate across teams to create user-centered solutions
5. Develop and maintain a scalable design system
6. Contribute to product strategy and design discussions
7. Manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
8. Explore AI tools to enhance design processes
9. Develop user personas, journeys, and empathy maps

Required Experience

• Experience visualizing or solving UX challenges with large datasets
• Passion for AI-driven products and interfaces

• Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
• Data-driven decision-making skills
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design
• Experience with building and maintaining design systems

Bonus Points

• Product design experience in SaaS or B2B software
