Job summary

This role covers the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and headhunting across Design, UX, UI and related markets, building your candidate network, managing processes end-to-end, and supporting client relationships with a proactive, autonomous approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ years recruitment experience, ideally agency-side.
• Experience within Design, UX, UI, Digital, Tech or related market.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A commercial mindset and motivation to achieve.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and headhunting Design talent across the UK and Europe.
• Building and developing your candidate network.
• Managing candidate processes from initial conversation through to placement.
• Working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Supporting and developing existing client relationships.
• Identifying opportunities for new business.
