Job summary

Craft in London is hiring a Senior Recruiter to lead growth and own the full lifecycle of recruitment from briefing to placement. You’ll work with our Directors to cover brand and design briefs, driving strategy, client services and leadership hires.

You’ll join a high-calibre team in a hybrid setup, focusing on expertise and market knowledge to raise standards and scale Craft’s recruitment business.

Qualifications

• Experienced 360 recruiter able to own the full lifecycle.
• Proven ability to build and maintain senior-level client relationships.
• Strong talent sourcing and market mapping skills.

Responsibilities

• Own briefs across brand and design landscape with a focus on strategy, client services, agency growth and leadership roles.
• Develop deep market knowledge and propel Craft’s reputation and performance.
• Build genuine, long-term relationships and raise standards within the recruitment team.
