The role emphasizes working with APIs, data models, AI/ML-enabled capabilities, and robust governance over estimates and change control, with a strong focus on quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Owns product specifications and delivery schedules for shipped software.
• Fluency with APIs, service integrations, data models, and CI/CD release processes.
• Familiar with AI/ML-enabled product capabilities and their operational implications.
• Proficient with project and documentation tooling; ability to query data for reporting.
• Evidence-based approach to quality standards with strong written communication and cross functional influencing skills.
• 6+ years in software program or product management.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements and roadmap; determine feature behavior and prioritization.
• Own product definition and delivery to ship high-quality software.
• Collaborate with design and engineering on user flows and usability.
• Manage dependencies, risk, and integration with other teams.
