Job summary

PRACYVA seeks an experienced AI programme and delivery leader to drive end-to-end AI/ML, GenAI and agentic AI initiatives in the United Kingdom. You will own multiple programmes, shaping strategy, governance, milestones and success metrics while ensuring robust engineering practices and scalable production deployments across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering large-scale AI/ML and GenAI programmes.
• Strong leadership across multi-disciplinary teams and governance structures.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple AI/ML programmes from discovery through production deployment and operationalisation.
• Define delivery strategy, execution plans, milestones, governance processes and success metrics.
• Drive project execution from discovery through production deployment and operationalisation.
• Manage programme risks, dependencies, budget, scope, quality and schedule.
• Establish delivery governance and reporting mechanisms across multiple customer engagements.
• Ensure predictable delivery while maintaining engineering quality and innovation standards.
• Drive adoption of best practices for AI Engineering, MLOps, LLMOps, evaluation, observability and Responsible AI.
