Qualifications

• 5+ years of Agile Project, Delivery or Product Management experience in a digital agency, professional services or consulting environment.
• Experience introducing or supporting the adoption of AI tooling within a delivery team and understanding its impact on processes.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts and strong software development understanding.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to collaborate across levels of an organization.
• Experience working with JIRA, Confluence and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Run AI-powered delivery teams and set practices to maintain quality and traceability.
• Coordinate sprints, retrospectives and daily stand-ups, and align goals with product owners.
• Translate business requirements into actionable work for development teams and manage backlog intake.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, designers and client representatives to shape initiative direction.
• Own end-to-end delivery of service enhancements and ensure timely outcomes.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior client stakeholders in regulated environments.
• Estimate velocity and costs, develop resource plans, and identify risks early.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in delivery performance.
• Coach teams in agile frameworks and guide them to higher maturity, including AI-enabled delivery.
• Resolve conflicts and help teams adapt to change while maintaining high quality at sprint/release.
