Job summary

Donaldson Company in Poole is seeking an Administrator Product Data to maintain item data integrity in the ERP during development and product release. You will support R&D with new item creation and ensure BoMs enable transactions across the business.

The role requires attention to detail, process discipline, and proficient use of Microsoft Excel, with experience in ERP systems such as NetSuite being advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality item data in the ERP via change management and revision control.
• Support R&D with new item creation and BoM setup for production releases.
• Review processes and tools for item setup and maintenance; suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with production, planning, purchasing and customer service to ensure smooth item data transitions.
• Support engineering/product management queries related to item setup and release; escalate conflicts.
