Job summary

SumUp is seeking an analytics leader to own the KPI framework for SumUp Consumer, connecting user behavior to commercial outcomes. You will evaluate CAC, channel performance and downstream value, while partnering with Risk, Fraud, Product, Growth and Finance to surface trends and opportunities.

You will design experiments, size opportunities, and build trusted reporting to empower teams. This role combines rigorous analysis with strategic influence in a London-based office.

Qualifications

• You form your own view of why something happened and what the business should do about it, influencing senior stakeholders.
• You understand digital consumer economics: acquisition, activation, retention, churn, LTV and unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Own KPI framework end-to-end, define metrics, measurements and link behavior to outcomes.
• Evaluate growth quality: CAC, source attribution, channel performance and downstream value.
• Collaborate with Risk and Anti-Fraud to include fraud risk in evaluation.
• Diagnose drop-off between acquisition and activation; analyze repeat usage and lifetime value.
• Design and analyse A/B tests and product experiments for impact.
• Help Product Managers size opportunities and judge feature impact.
• Act as analytics partner to Consumer leadership, Product, Growth, Finance and Risk.
• Challenge assumptions and metric definitions with evidence.
• Build reporting and enable self-serve insights across teams.
• Leverage AI/LLM techniques to speed up analysis and insight generation.
