Zusammenfassung

SumUp Consumer seeks a senior analytics professional to own the KPI framework end to end, linking customer behaviour to commercial outcomes. You will shape insights that inform product, growth, and risk decisions from a central London location.

You’ll diagnose funnel drop-offs, design experiments, and partner with Product, Growth, Finance and Risk to quantify impact. You will leverage AI-driven analysis to accelerate learning and enable self-serve reporting for senior stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in product analytics: funnel, cohort, segmentation and behavioural analysis.
• Strong SQL and comfortable querying data in a cloud data warehouse.
• Proficient in building reporting with a visualisation tool used by stakeholders.
• Able to turn ambiguous questions into structured analysis and tell a clear story.
• Prior experience partnering with product, growth, finance and risk teams.

Aufgaben

• Own the SumUp Consumer KPI framework end to end - defining metrics, measurement, and connections to business outcomes.
• Evaluate growth quality: CAC, source attribution, channel performance and downstream value.
• Collaborate with Risk and Anti-Fraud so fraud and abuse are considered in decision making.
• Diagnose where customers drop out between acquisition and activation; drive retention and lifetime value insights.
• Design and analyse A/B tests and product experiments; assess customer and commercial impact.
• Help Product Managers size opportunities and judge whether shipped features delivered outcomes.
• Act as an independent analytical partner to leadership and cross-functional teams; surface trends and opportunities.
• Build trusted reporting and enable self-serve analytics; apply AI/LLM-assisted techniques to speed insights.
