Barbour is seeking a Business Process Partner (Product Creation and GTM) to lead the design, governance and continuous improvement of the end-to-end Product Creation and go-to-market process at our South Shields Head Office with hybrid working (4 days in office, 1 day at home).

You will build trusted relationships with departmental heads, frame problems, and drive cross-functional decisions to deliver measurable value across product creation, range planning, sourcing and launch readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in product development, merchandising, sourcing, go-to-market, or business process improvement.
• Experience across multiple functions in retail, apparel, consumer products or a comparable seasonal business is desirable.
• Experience of PLM, PIM, DAM or related product-data platforms is desirable.
• A relevant process-improvement, business-analysis or change-management qualification is desirable.
• Strong end-to-end process analysis, facilitation and future-state design capability.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design, governance and continuous improvement of the end-to-end Product Creation and go-to-market process.
• Frame problems and opportunities clearly, including outcomes, ownership, scope, constraints, dependencies, risks and success measures.
• Coordinate cross-functional input to requirements, design, testing, training, communications, readiness and post-implementation review.
• Develop evidence-based recommendations and support business cases for process, data, people or technology change.
• Work with Project Managers to translate approved improvements into scope, milestones, sponsorship, resources, adoption and benefits plans.
