Barbour is seeking a Senior Graphic Design Manager to lead the Global Marketing design language across brand and commercial touchpoints from our South Shields head office. You will translate seasonal strategy into distinctive visuals, set global standards, and mentor an internal team while coordinating with external freelancers.

You will manage workflows, drive design systems, and partner with Brand, Trade, Digital, E-commerce, and regional teams to balance creativity with commercial goals; a

Competenze

• Significant industry experience in premium fashion, retail, lifestyle, or creative agency environments.
• Proven track record leading, managing, and developing design talent.
• High-calibre portfolio showing sophisticated visual identity across print and digital.
• Commercial acumen with stakeholder presentation and cross-functional communication.
• Deep understanding of omni-channel creative requirements (retail, e-commerce, digital, social).

• Lead, inspire, and develop the graphic design team with clear objectives and critique.
