Job Purpose

Working with the probate and media teams in the daily production of BIP services including various Quality Assurance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Processing, checking and Invoicing of Probate valuations as per client requests.
• Assist in the production of the Weekly Official Intelligence (WOI)
• Assistance with other work of the department as required.
• Liaise with Dublin editorial staff re data queries

Knowledge and Experience

• Familiarity with Company financial Data, including the calculation of Dividend and Interest payments.
• Good PC skills including Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good communication skills
• Exceptional eye for detail
• Ability and willingness to adapt to a changing environment and changing requirements
• Able to work under one's own initiative and meet strict deadlines / SLA’s
