Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Product Coordinator to manage logistics and administrative tasks for couture and bridal gown production. As the central point of contact in the studio, you will coordinate with the Production Manager, Product Developer, and pattern and machinist teams to ensure timely deliveries and adherence to the critical path. You will also oversee stock management and outbound orders in collaboration with the warehouse team and coordinate alterations for the Davies Street, London bridal store.

Essential skills include strong communication, organization, and IT proficiency, particularly in Excel, PLM-Flex, and SAP. Prior experience in production or logistics coordination within a luxury or premium fashion/bridal brand is required.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate production handovers with the UK and Italy-based Production and Product Development teams to external manufacturers, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
  2. Monitor production timelines, ensuring gowns are collected from manufacturers and delivered to the warehouse.
  3. Log and verify selling campaign orders and special productions for data accuracy.
  4. Manage repairs and alterations within the studio, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
  5. Coordinate with the Italian Supply Chain team on PO requests for each production run, ensuring SO coverage.
  6. Create barcodes for each production batch.
  7. Supervise warehouse stock levels and support stock takes.
  8. Prepare garments for shipment by tagging, bagging, and sealing when necessary.
  9. Assist in creating presentation and training materials, such as seasonal selling books, lookbooks, and price lists.
  10. Support sampling and production fittings.
  11. Check fabric and production availability for rush orders, both in-house and with manufacturers.
  12. Issue MTM/Customization orders periodically to the Pattern Cutting team.
  13. Ensure the prompt and accurate delivery of goods, providing all necessary information to Warehouse, Customer Care, and Accounts.
  14. Send samples and swatches to stores upon request.
  15. Order office, studio, and production supplies, managing related PO.
  16. Support the wider Couture and Bridal team with additional tasks as needed.
Profile & Key Skills
  1. At least 3 years’ experience in production or logistics coordination, preferably within a luxury or bridal brand.
  2. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  3. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
  4. High accuracy and attention to detail.
  5. Collaborative, calm, and solutions-oriented under pressure.
  6. Positive, proactive, and self-motivated attitude.
